BLOSOMS is a community based service and social organization for the women of Berkeley Lake. The group has evolved from its beginnings as a drinking and horticultural club in August 1988, to an organization that provides service to our community and the opportunity for women in Berkeley Lake to come together through service and social activities to form life-long friendships.

BLOSOMS meets once a month September through May. Meetings include topics and activities of interest to BLOSOMS members. In addition to the fun member activities, such as the annual raucous Ornament Exchange and the not-to-be-missed Progressive Dinner, BLOSOMS hosts and supports community and fundraising events and activities.

No matter if you are new to Berkeley Lake, or you have lived here for years, we welcome your participation. Come let us know what activities would be of interest to you and how BLOSOMS can best serve its members and the community.

Meetings are generally 7:00-9:00 on the 2nd Thursday of the month. Dues are only $35 for the year. Members should bring an appetizer to share to most meetings (wine is provided).

BLOSOMS Cookbook

BLOSOMS is preparing a taste-tempting cookbook featuring favorite recipes from members of our community. Thanks to all of you who submitted recipes for our cookbook. We are now compiling them and getting the book ready for publication.

Proceeds from our cookbook sales will help fund a charity chosen at our December meeting, as well as future projects sponsored by our organization.

We anticipate a great demand for our cookbooks which will be priced at about $10 each. Please visit our website again soon for information on ordering your copies!
